1. Workmens compensation ? Act construed most favorable to injured employee. The court cannot, under the guise of liberal interpretation, disregard the plain provisions of the compensation Act but when the Act is open to more than one interpretation, one favorable to the employee and the other against him, the court must give the Act the construction most favorable to the injured employee. 2. Workmens compensation ? Injury during lunch period held compensable. Where employees were subject to call in cases of emergency during lunch period and in effect were forced to eat lunch on employers premises, loss of an eye from injury received by truck driver while playing handball in the garage during the lunch period in accordance with daily custom of three months standing known to employer through foreman who frequently participated, was compensable as arising out of and in the course of employment.
